In 2006, Pastors Reggie & Viola Green started a new church from an after-school bible study, where young adults from all paths of life would gather to learn about a personal God. No gimmicks, no rules, nor regulations. It was young people encountering a real God, and their lives changed because of it.
In August 2021, Keeping it Real Church merged with the Reach Network, and in August 2022, Keeping it Real Church was officially renamed to Reach San Fernando Valley.

In 2023, they had the privilege of taking over the church from Senior Pastor Reggie II and Viola and continue to embody the "Keeping It Real" approach. They are passionate about seeing people's lives radically changed by the love of Jesus and believe each person has a powerful destiny waiting to be discovered. Their prayer is to reach people with the gospel by encountering a real God through the power of His word and presence.
Beto and Kristy started coming to the church during a high school bible study in 2009. They became rooted in the church during college and had a radical encounter with the love of Jesus that redirected their lives to where they are now- loving and serving Jesus and the church. They desire for people to have a personal encounter with Jesus where they would be forever changed from the inside out.
Jesse and Liz are well-respected business owners. The parents of two wonderful children. They have a unique and loving approach towards families that are struggling. Jesse ministers in the SFV youth detention facilities, and Liz ministers in the Women's ministries.
Angie was part of the high school bible study that broke out in revival in 2006. That same bible study eventually formed into what is the church today. Angie is passionate about empowering women to be healed, restored and redeemed by God's love, women becoming their true selves in the Lord. She now leads our Women's Ministry, She Conquers, and serves as our church administrator.
Stefnie has been an academic teacher for 23 years and involved in children's ministry for over 30 years. She believes in teaching, guiding, and directing the next generation to know and love Jesus personally.
From the kitchen to the youth to hospitality, Carol has a big heart to serve the church and the community. She's been a part of the family since 2006 and continues love and give wholeheartedly.
At Reach San Fernando Valley, we believe in the spiritual investment of your child and we do it while having fun. We want to get along side you and contribute to the raising of a child who is filled with love, confidence, and all the great attributes God offers. We invite you to allow your child to begin that journey at Reach Kids. Reach Kids is available at each service for ages 1-5.
The purpose of our Men's Ministry is to reach men with the gospel of Jesus, encouraging and equipping them to become spiritual leaders for their families, church, community, and vocation. As men learn their identities in God through discipleship, fellowship, and accountability, they will be able to build stronger marriages, grow spiritually and reach other men in our communities.
In a world where women are just surviving, we believe women were created to Conquer. Yes, Conquer in every area of their lives. She Conquers was birthed as a single mom's ministry, which has now evolved into a ministry that includes women from all walks of life. We invite you to embark on this journey with us as we discover the women that God has created us to be. Not just mere women but women who are healed, transformed, and empowered by a powerful and personal God.
